to...two...too...

Two years have passed since we became Mr. and Mrs. George.  I have one thing to say about the second year of marriage...it went by twice as fast as the first.  I really feel like I just wrote about our first anniversary and here we are again.  The other thing I could say about the second year is that it was twice as good as the first too!
To celebrate we stayed at Little America and it was sooo much fun.  I have always wanted to stay there and we were not disappointed.  The room was huge and beautiful,  the service was awesome, and the pool and hot tub were so nice.  It is now one of my favorite hotels.
We started our day visiting our new "niece" Quinn.  We had seen her right after she was born the day before, but I couldn't stay away and it wasn't hard to convince Cam to take a trip back to the hospital in the morning before going to the hotel.  We just love her (and her parents of course) and loved being able to see and hold her again.
After peeling ourselves away from Quinn we headed to the hotel and lounged in our room watching football (mostly Cam) and reading (mostly me)  We took a dip in the hot tub and ate dinner at the Roof.  On a side note, during the hour or so we were eating, we had two couples get engaged and those were only the ones we saw.  I wonder how many times that happens in a night.  Anyway, we had such a fun time.  Its funny because I was super excited to lounge in our room and go to dinner, and those were so much fun.  But, I think swimming in the morning before we went home was almost the funnest part.  We were laughing and playing in the pool and it reminded me of our dating days.  I loved it.
I told Cam that I would not object if we made The Little America and The Roof our tradition every year.  It was perfect.  Thanks Babe for such a fun weekend and thanks even more for another fabulous year!
